Installations of new versions & upgrades (as per TSPL Commercials Policy)

Guidance regarding backup procedure & restoring the same. Back Up of the Data on a External Storage Device During every visit (Recommended Device Is provided by Customer).

Unlimited Online Telephonic Support & mailing support with remote support.

Splitting up of the data annually as and when required.

Recommendation for Hardware System Upgrade/Changes for better functioning of Tally.

Educating Your Staff to Troubleshoot Minor problems arising in Tally.

Suggestion will be provided for the effective use of Tally.

All the support is we try to do it on remote if it’s not solved by remote then we make the Visit’s with 12 working Hours.
